Francie Wolgin is responsible for designing and implementing creative new initiatives to improve community health. She also will provide leadership and facilitation of local groups in coordinating efforts to address health care needs.

Before coming to the Foundation, Francie served as System Leader for Education and Employee Development at Saint Joseph Mercy Health System in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she was responsible for operations support, patient education, and the training and development of all employees. new programs for women and children.

She held an adjunct faculty appointment at the University of Michigan and was named the 1999 Distinguished Alumna of the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing, where she earned her Master’s Degree. Francie also recently completed two terms as President of the National Nursing Staff Development Organization. She currently serves on the MedCom Advisory board and the Heatlh Foundation Fund Scholarship Committee.

In 1998, she received the Belinda Puetz Award from National Nursing Staffing Development Organization and in 2001, she was a graduate of Leadership Ohio.
