As the Program Associate, Kelly works collaboratively with the staff and program officers on a variety of projects within the foundation, including grantmaking and evaluation activities.

In addition to her work at the foundation, Kelly is a Postdoctoral Intern at the University of Cincinnati Health Services Center. There, she collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide health and mental health services to the university community. Kelly's primary interests are in the areas of program management and evaluation, as well as mental health administration. She holds a PsyD in Clinical Psychology with a Certificate in Organizational Concepts and Management from Xavier University, a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Xavier, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Communication Arts from Georgetown College.
