The Greater Cincinnati Community Health Status Survey 2002 is a collaborative effort of the Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati and the Health Improvement Collaborative. This survey includes several nationally-tested indicators for benchmarking at the local, state, and national levels. Hispanic/Latino Survey
These data highlights are free to download and print, provided they are not used for a commercial purpose, that you do not collect any fees for the reproductions, and that they are faithfully reproduced without addition, alteration, or abbreviation. The data from the 2005 GCCHSS, as well as from the 1999 and 2002 versions, and the data from the Hispanic/Latino Health Survey are available on OASIS.
The Health Foundation has released the 2005 GCCHSS Final Report and Tables for public consumption.
Also in 2005, the Health Foundation conducted a Hispanic/Latino Health Survey. This survey included some questions from the 2005 GCCHSS to allow for regional comparisons. To order printed copies of this report, please use our on-line order form.
