The Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati has findings from our 2005 Greater Cincinnati Community Health Status Survey (GCCHSS).

The Greater Cincinnati Community Health Status Survey 2002 is a collaborative effort of the Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati and the Health Improvement Collaborative. This survey includes several nationally-tested indicators for benchmarking at the local, state, and national levels. The Health Foundation has released the 2005 GCCHSS Final Report and Tables for public consumption.
Hispanic/Latino Survey
Also in 2005, the Health Foundation conducted a Hispanic/Latino Health Survey. This survey included some questions from the 2005 GCCHSS to allow for regional comparisons. To order printed copies of this report, please use our on-line order form.
