Creating a Business Plan

For-profit companies use business plans to develop their business and attract investors. Business plans can do the same for nonprofits, helping them outline the steps to start and sustain a new program. Proposals to funders often include many of the elements of a business plan. This program will help nonprofits develop stronger, more useful business plans.
