The Health Foundation awards competitive grants to address certain healthcare delivery issues through Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Agencies who work with these issues submit a proposal based on the requirements of the RFP. The Health Foundation reviews the proposals and awards a limited number of grants to the agencies who best meet the requirements of the RFP.
A list of our open RFPs can be found here. You may also look at RFPs that are currently closed but may be reopened for funding in later rounds by clicking here.
Answers to the most common questions about our RFPs can be found in our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section. If you have further questions or would like more information about the grant process, please contact our Grants Manager or the Program Officer for the individual RFP.
