Results Church of Our Saviour has met the following objectives:
  • negotiations now underway for acquisition of the first "Transformations House" property
  • board development with a consultant
  • completion of paperwork for drug/alcohol certification, short of site inspections
  • connection and referral agreements with similar programs in the area
  • completed program curriculum
  • completed staffing requirements and job description

Board development acquired in the course of this Implementation Plan has allowed the Community Development Corporation to "think out of the box" and adapt, despite continuous frustration in the search for a suitable and sustainable property.

Negotiations are now centered on a partnership with another non-profit and a private partner to open with a "Phase Three" rather than a "Phase One" level of programming, in SRO rather than group home facilities. Partner programs and agencies will work with Transformations to refer and support participants.
