| Results |
Staff were trained in early 2001, and the system is operating effectively in their three locations. Chart Links has significantly reduced the time required to document treatment plans and progress notes. In the year 2000 (before Chart Links implementation), the number of children seen for speech pathology and audiology services was 1162. After the implementation in 2001, the number increased 97% to 2290 children served. The staff and supervisors are pleased with the software program and having it available has proven an asset when recruiting new staff. |
