| Results | In April 2002, the School-Based Health Center of St. Bernard-Elmwood Place Schools opened. Utilizing the services of a nurse-practitioner, case manager, and health aide, the program provides behavioral and physical health care to children from pre-school to eighth grade at the district’s middle school and two elementary schools. The spring focus is on connecting with the families of incoming preschool and kindergarten children and familiarizing families with the full range of services the center offers.
