Evaluation is an important part of any project. The Health Foundation places a strong emphasis on evaluating the projects we fund in order to learn about processes, outcomes, and best practices.

To assist our grantees in evaluating their projects, we have created an evaluation booklet that leads you through the evaluation process step by step.
