The Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati conducts a number of regional surveys, including a survey about community health status and health of the Hispanic population. We are also piloting a survey that focuses on health policy issues in the state of Ohio. If you have a suggestion of a topic to include in one of our surveys, please fill out this form.

Our Director, Health Data Improvement Program, will review the suggestions and select topics to include. There is no guarantee that we will be able to use the suggested topics. We will concentrate on topics that can be benchmarked against national or state level data so that we can compare how our region is doing.
